30-Day Returns

We are confident you will love your Belalore pieces. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Please note that we currently do not offer exchanges. Only refunds or store credit are available.

Important notice: All returns must be shipped at the customer’s expense to our central warehouse in China.

Return Requirements

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges are not available; only refunds or store credit are offered.

  • Items must be unworn, free of stains, and show no signs of use.

  • All original tags must remain attached.

  • Every item is carefully inspected before a refund is issued.

  • Orders placed separately cannot be returned together, as this may delay processing.

  • Pre-orders may be cancelled once production has started, subject to a €25 cancellation fee.

  • We cannot be held responsible for damage occurring after delivery, including accidental damage or alterations made with unsuitable tools. In such cases, the item will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

How to Make a Return

Returns can be completed in just a few simple steps:

  1. Contact our team at info@belalore.com and provide:

    • Your order number

    • A detailed reason for the return

    • Supporting images, if applicable

  2. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Order Cancellation Policy

Customers may request to cancel an order within one hour (60 minutes) of placing it. Cancellation requests submitted within this timeframe will be reviewed and, provided the order has not yet entered the processing or fulfillment stage, the order will be canceled and the payment will be refunded to the original method of payment.

Due to the rapid processing of orders, cancellation requests received after one hour (60 minutes) from the time the order was placed may not be accepted. Once an order has been processed, packed, or transferred to the shipping carrier, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.

To request an order cancellation, customers must contact our customer support team and provide the order number and relevant order details within the allowed cancellation period.

The company reserves the right to decline cancellation requests submitted outside the specified timeframe or once the order has entered the fulfillment or shipping stage.
